I got a nice surprise yesterday when Supervisor Don Wagner presented a plaque for his inaugural “Hall of Heroes”. This is a recognition of people who have supported their communities for many years.
The Foothills Community Association was organized as the Foothill Home Owners Association in 1964 to protect the interests of the residents. The HOA converted to non-profit corporation in 1973
