Board of Supervisors Hearing

The OC Board of Supervisors will hold a hearing on the developers proposed plan to redevelop the racquet club into condominiums.
• We have appealed the OC Planning Commission decision, which takes the vote to the Orange County Board of Supervisors. THIS WILL BE THE FINAL PUBLIC HEARING.
• Approval of our appeal will require affirmative votes from 3 of the 5 County Supervisors.
• Our Supervisor and Board Chairman, Don Wagner, continues to support the Community.
• We’ll reach out to you with more detailed information and instructions before the hearing as we continue strategizing with our legal team.
• PLEASE ATTEND! We need as many people as possible to attend this final public hearing to demonstrate to the OC Supervisors how important this issue is to North Tustin and all Orange County residents! You do not need to speak – YOUR PRESENCE SPEAKS VOLUMES!
