2019 Special Election of 3rd District Supervisor
Todd Spitzer was elected 3rd District Supervisor for a second tenure in 2012. In 2018, he successfully ran for OC District Attorney. A special election was held in March 2019 to fill the balance of Supervisor Spitzer’s term. FCA organized a Candidates Forum for the 6 republican candidates and the 1 democratic candidate. Don Wagner won the special election and also was re-elected to a full 4 year term in November 2019.
