Proposal:  Community Care Facility serving 12 persons.  Board requested changes; Increase parking from 13 to 15; Provide landscape buffer along west side.

1.         Public presentation from the OC Facilities & Resources Department Announcement and information regarding new project with the County of                  Orange Public Facilities & Resources Department.  Skyline Drive- Storm Drain Improvements.

 

2.         Planning Application No: PA030079 Variance to ZA Barrett Residence

Location:  1222 Foothill Blvd, N Tustin CA 92705-2304

Proposal:  Rear yard variance of 15 feet, instead of the 20 feet required as a shallow building site.
