How can a senior center change? Here is one North Tustinite's experience:
In the 80's and early 90's I lived in Anaheim near Euclid and Ball. There was a strawberry patch and a few "senior" citizen bungalows behind our house (a place called Walnut Manor). In the late 80's they added some 3 and 2 story apartments for seniors and a skilled nursing facility where the strawberry patch once was. I went by there a year ago and there was a huge crane being used to build a very tall tower where the one story bungalows once stood.
If you want any evidence of how senior housing grows, Walnut Manor w/b a good example.
